Paper submission & Publication (Tentative)

Submission instructions:

  • Upload your manuscript including original source files (Word, TeX, images) and a PDF of the complete manuscript (upload it file by file).
  • Also upload in another file the Consent to publish: you can download it from the series page http://www.springer.com/series/4240 where the consent to publish can be directly downloaded (see 3rd link at the right hand side column). Editors of SOCO 2011 PROCEEDINGS: Emilio Corchado, Václav Snásel, Javier Sedano, Aboul Ella Hassanien, José Luis Calvo, Dominik Slezak.

Note:

  • It is essential to make sure that the manuscript reads smoothly- this definitely helps the reader fully appreciate your research findings.
  • Final version submission 8th January, 2011
  • Papers should not exceed 10 pages and must comply with the format of AISC Series (see Instructions for Authors at Springer Website - Word Template).
  • Papers must be prepared according to Springer´s templates (MS Word or LaTeX format) for the Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing volume series (www.springer.com/series/4240).

As in the past, the SOCO 2011 proceedings are to be published by Springer as Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing Series.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. All contributions must be original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period. Accepted papers will be included in SOCO 2011 Proceedings that will published by Springer Verlag.

NOTICE: All papers for SOCO 2011 must be initially submitted in electronic form (PDF format) using the SOCO'11 submission system.

Extended and improved versions of selected papers will be included in a special issue of
